Huge and Obvious Answers - Blog Post #2

I Love being a Missionary!

Time goes by so fast in the MTC! I've been here just over 2 weeks now. 4 more to go. On Monday one of the districts (group of missionaries) in my zone left. They're all out in Argentina now. On Sunday they sang 'God Be With You Til We Meet Again'. It was definitely the worst-sounding musical number I've ever heard in a church meeting; in the chorus when they broke off into the mens and womens parts....yeah, it was bad. Everyone was laughing - including them! :) But it was still good because everyone in the back row was crying after they sat down. They'll be great missionaries. :)

We got 2 new investigators (people we teach to) last week; Margarita and Raul. Raul is played by our teacher, Hermano Weist, so sometimes it's hard to take him seriously. But it's strange how even though they're just teachers playing investigators, we still come to love the people we're teaching.

I've met so many great missionaries here.
I spend a lot of time studying my Spanish Preach My Gospel.

All the teachers are super awesome. My district is the greatest. One of the biggest blessings that I've noticed since I've entered the MTC is that literally EVERY deep, personal/doctrinal/ANYTHING-type question I've had, I've received a huge and obvious answer. For every one. Either through finding a scripture passage, general conference talk, or a leader giving a lesson, it's always EXACTLY what I needed to hear. So that's pretty cool!

Talk to you soon!

Love from,
